The concept of gamification is based on and linked to behavioral psychology, organizational science and game design. The guiding idea of gamification is to use the elements of “game design” in non-gaming situations or environments in order to trigger and analyze certain behaviors.

Artémat has developed the integration of these three different platforms in order to make the process of Assessment / Recruitment and Talent Acquisition radical, innovative and experiential.

Web InBasket

Web InBasket is the single-player simulation platform for the assessment of soft skills. The user has the opportunity to experience in “real-time” the typical situations of a manager: managing meetings, replying to emails and chats, activating networking actions, analyzing and processing documents, communicating in conference calls. Web InBasket is used single-player mode through its three versions (qualitative, automatic, automatic / qualitative).

Business Game

Business Game Studio is the platform dedicated to Business Simulation. The simulations on the platform recreate a competitive context where the teams experiment and develop their management, decision-making and relational skills. Business Game Studio can be used both in multi-player and single-player mode in live events or online.
